Nude Recreation From A Woman’s Perspective -----
Prior to attending your first nudist function it is completely normal to
be scared witless. If it’s your spouse urging you to try nudism, anger
is the normal reaction. Thinking that he is pursuing nudism just to see a
lot of other naked women does not help either.
Your first few minutes may be difficult. You may feel vulnerable and
ashamed. Trust me, the fear will pass and you will soon discover you are
so relaxed you’ll even forget you are no longer wearing clothes! And
you will know you belong when it is time to leave and you don’t want to
get dressed again!
Me as I am and like to be,nothing added, nothing taken away...nothing hidden, in my natural state.

Being a Nudist isn't about getting naked!
Well, of course I am naked but here some thoughts from another blogger with which I heartily concur! The link is http://vegannakedpagan.wordpress.com/2012/09/13/ and the text is :-
Being a nudist isn’t just about getting naked!
The above statement is my opinion. I am a nudist for several reason. It isn’t just about getting naked. Now, I do enjoy that part, but that isn’t all there is.
Nudism is about physical health.
Fresh air and sunshine are physically good for you. Back before the invention of penicillin, Doctors treated TB patients with it. They treated many diseases with it. The modern drugs fight disease quicker, but at what cost. Now we have antibiotic resistant bugs. Are there anti-sunshine bugs? I doubt it.
Vitamin D has been proven in several studies to be best taken in through exposure to sunshine. The old thinking of staying out of the sun at all costs is now being replaced with encouragement to go out in the fresh air and sunshine. Vitamin D deficiency is on the rise and it is due to not getting out in the sun.
For me, when I am outside nude, I can only lay in the sun so long. I have to be up gardening, playing a game, doing something. I love to walk in the woods while naked. There is just something about being in nature in my natural state! I am more active naked than dressed. That activity is healthy!
Nudism is about mental health.
When I am naked, it is like being a kid again. It is freeing. I feel uninhibited and unashamed. I feel strong in who I am. When naked in a social setting, I feel open with and to others. There is no class distinction defined by dress. There is no social stigma. We are all human beings.
I mentioned free and one of the most freeing things is being free of body shame. I’m not a bodybuilder. I’m not a porn star either. I’m just a guy, but when I’m in a social nude setting, I’m an equal. There isn’t any feeling of being deficient. I am who I am.
Nudism is about spiritual health.
Now this is really from me, but I feel connected to the Divine when naked. When I walk in the woods, or swim, or just lay in the sun, there is a connection to the Divine and to the earth that is not there when I am clothed. It is truly a spiritual experience.
Some would say that I am being disrespectful to God by being naked. How can that be? If you believe that creation story, God created humans naked. How could God be insulted by our being the way we were created?
I know that you may feel very different about any or all of these things. That’s okay. We all live life the best we can. However, I have talked with several nudists who say pretty much the same things. They may say them in different ways, but the outcome is the same.
Are you a nudist? Why? Can you say what it is you like about it? Let us know!

Yea the Summer is back!
Here in Kent 25C and cloudless skies this week, wearing nothing indoors and very little outdoors!
Spent some time by the Thames enjoying the sun and river air, watching ships in my 1-button suit!
A great place to be as naturally clothes-free just the odd textiled person passing by, even chatted to a naked cyclist, enjoying the late summer weather!
It's going to be a hot weekend, so no clothes, no laundry, no worries about what to wear, it's on me already!
So if you see me wearing JUST a smile, say hello and join me for a chat, I don't mind if you are clothed, as long as you don't mind me being skindressed, what you see is what you get with me!
How's about this for a 1st class stamp for my letters?!!
Oh well, take care, I'm staying bare...... make the most of this nice weather!
It might not last long and the long winter is approaching..... soon be time to retreat indoors and put the heating on,oh no!
Ciao !

A Great Stress Buster!
Get Naked To Relieve Stress!
Get naked to relieve stress!
Now I know there are a bunch of you out there that think I just went over the goofy edge. Taking all your clothes off won’t relieve your stress, it will add to it, right? Well surprise, you’re wrong, at least in the long run.
Sure most first timers have a ton of stress the first time they try social nudity. All the way to the club or beach, they keep telling themselves how crazy they are for even thinking of doing such a thing. The car turns onto the road leading to the place and their heart begins to feel as if it might stop at any moment. Some may even wonder if they might pee themselves.
Once the car stops and those taking them to this place of evil get out of the car, they are sure that life will stop at any moment. They somehow find the courage to take their clothes off and within the hour, they wonder why they never did it before.
Everyone seems so friendly. No one seems to notice your scars, or lack or abundance of anatomical parts. You can’t remember why you thought this was such a big deal.
Then something strange happens.
You begin to relax. If you can be naked in front of these strangers, you can handle anything. Life takes on a different feeling. You feel okay with who you are. Everyone else seems to so why not you? You swim in the pool and you feel the water caressing your skin and it feels amazing. You play a game and find that being naked isn’t in the top five things you are thinking about. You make a new friend and it takes you a while to remember that you are both naked.
Do I have scientific evidence to back up what I’m saying. No. I have experience. I have experienced this myself and I have talked to many people who all relate the same thing. On the Naturist Living Show, Stephane calls it rebooting. It’s like your whole nervous system reboots, just by being naked.
Now I know that naturism/nudism is not the cure all for everything. What I do know is that it is worth a shot. What have you got to lose? You can always take anxiety medication that will make you feel dopey and cost you a fortune if going naked doesn’t work.

Why Be Nude Naked Clothesfree?
Why
have this magnificent organ of skin enveloping our entire bodies, every
square inch of it covered with delicate sensory nerves and
sophisticated temperature regulation pores, then wrap it up 24/7 in
artificial coverings so it’s all useless? Clothing can keep us warm in
extreme conditions. But in other cases, it actually interferes with the
body’s natural temperature regulation processes. It’s obvious that a hot
day would be much easier to tolerate nude than clothed. But those with
experience can also testify that the nude body is able to comfortably
withstand cool temperatures much easier than most people think, because
clothes aren’t interfering with the body’s attempt to regulate internal
temperature! So that's ONE reason I like to be nude,naked,clothesfree.... Try it for yourself!
Oh, I love being naked,I love being nude, I take all my clothes off,it's NOT at all rude, I love being naked, I love being bare, and I have no pubic hair!! Oh well, couldn't resist that, click on this pic for a larger version if you are brave!!

Get Nude!
Once we realize that being ashamed of being naked or instantly
equating nakedness with sexuality, is a result of someone else’s prudish
views or religious indoctrination, we can see the body for what it is.
It’s just a body and it’s all yours and no-one else’s.
There
are so many people who are uncomfortable being naked just by themselves
let along in front of someone else (and there are many and varied
reasons for this) and unfortunately this creates a heaviness, a
constriction and tightening of emotion and energy. It closes us down to
ourselves and others.
There is no valid reason why we should feel bad about our body image; it’s all a result of someone else’s opinion based on fear, greed or insecurity.
So get’s claim our little, chubby, skinny, wrinkly, scarred, hairy bodies back!
1. Avoid comparing yourself to others.
2. Avoid judging other people’s bodies.
3.
Throw away those magazines that say you should look a particular way,
they only do that so you they can sell advertising and make money from
your insecurities.
4. When no-one is at home, get nude and avoid judging yourself. Don’t say anything; just be with your nakedness.
One thing to always remember about anything in life is to be gentle on yourself and gentle on others. Happy nude times!
